Last year was the first, official year of the "Wonderful Week of Golf" (or for short, WWOG). It was the McCleary's way of setting up a guys golf week without really going anywhere and enjoying some of the most beautiful courses in Utah - Gladstan (Payson), Hobble Creek (Springville), Fox Hollow (American Fork), and Wasatch Lake (Midway). We had 10 golfers compete: Bill McCleary, Paul McCleary, Matt McCleary, David McCleary, Brad Hoen, Billy McCleary, AJ McCleary, Adam McCleary, Tyler Dastrup, and Clayton McCleary.
Clayton won the inaugural WWOG with a Net Score of 301 beating AJ by one stroke. Some might say that Clayt sandbagged his way to a close victory as he played with a 9 handicap :-) - LOL! AJ won the Gross with a score of 329 followed by Adam with a 334 and Clayton with a 341.
